KILLINGLY — Killingly residents later this month will decide whether to sell a town-owned plot of land to the regional governmental council that's made the property its home for the last two decades.The Killingly Town Council on Tuesday unanimously voted to sell roughly five acres at 125 Putnam Pike to the Northeastern Connecticut Council of Governments, or NECCOG, for $282,000. The question will next be presented to residents at an Oct. 30 public hearing and town meeting.
